Does anyone have experience in finding/buying exterior parts for cheap. I have a 12" PowerBook G4 DVI that had a tragic case incident resulting a hug tear in the material. It still boots, and has checked out well...however, it certainly needs a new top/bottom case. Most of the PB parts vendors ask about $300 for both parts plus shipping.
Any good ideas? It's far to damaged to travel with, but I'm attached to it and still impressed by it's performance.
