Powerbook 1400

There's a Powerbook 1400 for sale on eBay for only $35 in good condition (take a look a pictures here )

I'm only going to use it for word processing (i'm a writer) and to take with me wherever I go when I get ideas and such.

Is this a good deal?

That thing is gonna be pretty slow. 32mb RAM?? I mean $35 is a total deal, but how much you are actually going to want to use it? I wouldn't bother, a waste of time to lug around that machine only for writing. Getting a notebook (of paper) would be easier.

If THATS ALL you are going to use it for thats not bad...I mean, $35 bucks? Even if you don't use it much...

The concern I see is that the auction says it does not run off the battery, which means it will always need to be plugged in.
