My 1 month old Powerbook apparently has a bad logic board. The bottom memory slot stopped recognizing the memory. I took it to the Apple Store where they said they could fix it right in the store and come back at the end of the week. When i called back they said that whoever told me they could fix it in the store was wrong and it needed to be sent out. I asked them to give me a tracking number or case number which they asked me to hold. They came back on telling me that someone "forgot" to send it out and it was still there in the store. Not good! They said they would send it out the next day. Anyways, does anyone know the best way to get information on the repair of my computer? Should i go back to the store? Also, does anyone have any idea how long it will be before I get it back? Thanks very much!!!
