Well, I've searched high and low, and it seems like the Caller ID on the PowerBook modem is rather undocumented. I was actually looking to see if I could find a way that would allow the Caller ID to pop up the name of who was calling when I wasn't online. But, as it's undocumented, I haven't found any such means. From all the information that's out there, you wouldn't even know that the PowerBooks had built in Caller ID for when you're online...

Does anyone know if there's a way to enable Caller ID when not online?

It would be really cool if my mac could tell me who's calling me on screen rather than on that little phone screen. Is there software to do this? I looked on version tracker but they seem to be updates :/.
