PowerBook - Cleaning Under The Keys?

Hey,

I have a day of work today, and was wanting to give my PowerBook a good cleaning... but how do I clean under the keys?

I've used compressed air but its not shifting the marks from underneath the keys. Is there anyway that the keys can come off?

Thanks for any help/advice.
