I recently got another Pismo last week and have been tweaking it for daily use. I love this machine and am a die-hard PPC fan. Call me crazy I guess.
Anyway, it has been giving the black screen of death when I pull the CD-ROM drive out to swap in a second battery. I'm not sure it does every time but it is sure annoying. Would this be a hardware or software issue?
OS X 10.4.11 all of the latest updates are installed.
