Powerbook G4 1.5Ghz mod how to

Hello guys i have a powerbook G4

but i want make a mod from this PB
because it too slow it have only 822 benchmark with cut off all unneeded font, code and other stuff...
So i want make a little mod (looks like mac mini)

with no display and external firewire sata hard drive or ide to sata converter
to use a sata
and i think i have troubles with second ram slot
one of the big troubles is i put off airport extreme and put it back and my PB won't boot up when i put off again it starts
i have troubles with power cord
and if i will make a mod i have other questions

first of them is power button (how to cut off from main cable (keyboard))
i have a little plan to do some thing but all stuff is on macbook so i cant show it right now


So this PB in very bad condition and very slow and why i want to do this mod so if u have questions or you have idea you are welcome.

one of ideas was to put off display.

take a backside display panel with apple logo and take away panel with keyboard and put on place where keyb.panel display with logo and fix it there

so if to do it will be only 2 big problems 1.powerbutton (in first thread) and
second is monitor (monitor from dvi detects like a external monitor always)
