Hey,
I have a powerbook g4 500mhz that just wont turn on. I tried both of my batteries, and even tried them plugged in, so that wasnt it. Then I tried to zap PRAM, and got nothing. What is the likelyhood that this is a PMU board issue, opposed to a full logic board failure? PMU's are cheaper, so if that will do the trick, lemme know!

Thanks

Motherboard battery on my 400mhz Tibook went out. Sounds like this. Did you upgrade OS lately? That's when the battery went on my old and beloved Tibook.
