PowerBook G4 Battery at 67% Can it be resurrected?

Well I am thinking my battery has kicked the proverbial bucket. I installed istat pro. It checks out at 67% and I get less than 20 minutes use after unplugging my PB 17" G4. I have tried resetting the processor by shutting down and pressing opt-cmd-O-G. I have Apple care on it, does anyone know if it's covered?

Any info is appreciated.
