I have a few sticks of Samsung 1GB PC2 6200 which will work in other computers that came with PC2 4200, but not this Powerbook. On start up it won't boot with them installed. Is this a known problem particular to Apple?
In fact, Crucial says there is a problem with the Profiler that shows the PC2 4200, or others, as PC2 3200.

And sure enough that is what happens here, though Crucial assures the RAM is running as PC2 4200. Is there any 'fix' for the Profiler problem?
