I was wondering if it was at all possible to upgrade the graphics card on my PB G4. I know nothing about graphics cards except the fact that the one I has much to be desired. (It's an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700, if that matters.)

Does anyone know where I can find better graphics cards, or if that's even something I can upgrade on my own?

Thanks, and sorry if this is a dumb/old question. :)

No, it's not upgradeable at all. The circuitry and all the components of the card are physically soldered to the motherboard.

if you're unhappy with the performance, your best bet is to sell it and buy a newer model. Sorry, that's just how most laptops are. :)
