Hi

My powerbook has just started shutting down instead of sleeping
Can anyone help?
I have tried resetting the PRAM but this doesn't seem to have worked

Alex

Do the real deal:
Restart
Hold down Apple Option O F (open firmware)
When it boots into open firmware type:
reset-nvram
(enter)
reset-all
(enter)

Thanks for this it seems to have worked

When I close the lid on the powerbook, it now goes to sleep
However, when I open the lid the box is there saying:

"Are you sure you want to shutdown your computer now?"
With the 4 buttons: restart, sleep, cancel and shut down

Do you know why this is?

Thanks
Alex
