i have a powerbook 1.67ghz.

the status light on the battery blinks as if it has no life even upon leaving the laptop plugged in for an hour.

when i unplug the cord the whole computer shuts down, and only works when plugged in.

this is just a battery issue that a replacement should fix.

do i need to hit my forehead now?

thanks!

New battery should fix the problem. What's this mean? "do i need to hit my forehead now?"
