Powerbook Keyboard Problem

I have a Powerbook G4 15" and my keyboard sticks up slightly on the top left corner. When I press the escape key, I feel the whole keyboard sinking, sticking for one second, and then bouncing up again. Does this keyboard protrusion produce any pressure on the screen? Is it worth fixing? I'm still under warranty but I don't want to lose the PB for a couple weeks..
