Powerbook Keyboard removal??

I have a old powerbook 12" 867 and need to reset the power reset behind the keyboard. I went to the apple site and found a spec sheet and removed the 2 screws but it seems to have another in the middle. Is this another screw? The reason I ask is the keys are so hard to replace? Thanks MC
