Powerbook not recognizing dvd and can't remove it...

anyone have a solution to this problem. i cant seen to get my dvd from my powerbook. it's not reading it and restarting it doesn't help.

*edit* just tried the hold mouse down on restart and nothing happen. tried the firmware eject cd and nothing. let's try applecare this time.
