Powerbook port covers

I was wondering -

With the new Albooks, since there is no longer a cover over the ports, is there a problem with dust and other sorts of grime getting into and blocking the ports?

And, are there any sort of small rubber plugs perhaps that could be used to keep them clear?

Hasn't been an issue for me. Plus it's much easier to plug stuff in.
