PowerBook RAM- What type & Where

I've got a questions about RAM. Excuse my ignorance.

What type of RAM should I buy for my 15" 1.5 GHz PowerBook. What do the numbers mean.

I have 1 GB (2x512) and want at least 1.5 GB. I realize I'll have to remove one of the current sticks.

Anywhere in Canada that is good. How does customs & duty work if I buy from the States.

I did do that prior to posting but every other post has the word RAM in it.

Also I wanted up-to-date info, I saw postings from a few months ago and its my understanding RAM prices change often.
