Powerbook, something wrong, or is this normal..

When i was cleaning my powerbook the other day, i noticed a bend in the plastic, right below the screen. The plastic is right behind the keyboard, direclty on the other side of the "Powerbook G4" inscription. It is hard to explain, and will post a pic if no one can figure out where this is. Anyway, my question is, there is a bend in the plastic grill, and i was wondering if this is normal, since the bed seems to be centered, and if others with the rev. D powerbook noticed this.

I've read a thread on this before, it seemed quite a few people had it.
If you're talking about the bit where most of the heat is exhausted, then apparently it can warp after a long time due to heat. Someone correct me if thats rubbish

the narrower parts (like around the open button and the cd slot) of the albook cases do bend quite easily when the computer flexxes. using metal seemed like a good idea at first, but where plastic computer cases bend and flex, then return to normal, these metal cases often dont return to their original shape. it's sad that the extra durability of an aluminium case comes at this price.

I've not seen that before. Perhaps the defect was already there when you got it, but perhaps not as noticeable, and the heat has exasperated it?
