Powerbook Titanium 500mhz Ram

Hello everyone....I'M NEW...........and need some help.

I want to upgrade the ram to 1 gig (2@512) in my Titanium 500 mhz.When I look at the options between:

512MB SODIMM Apple Laptop Module PC133 133MHz CL3

and

512MB SODIMM Apple Laptop Module PC100 133MHz CL3

Which one is best ??? Any help would be much appreciated.
