PowerBook Trackpad Manufacturer?

Does anyone happen to know (or know how to find out) who manufactures the trackpads that Apple is using in their latest round of PowerBooks? I've checked the service manual and searched around a bit, but haven't come up with anything yet. Thanks in advance!

Trackpads are pretty simple so I'd think it'd be part of the powerbook chassis. Like keyboards being Apples (I think).

I believe they're made by synaptics.

I don't know about the newer laptops, but the trackpad in my 500mhz iBook was made by Foxcon.
