There are a few weird brighter regions on my PowerBook display. They're not really annoying, but I'm just wondering if they are the white spots others have experienced.

Anyone know where I can get pictures of the white spots problem?

No. It's Apple quality. It's Steve's RDF shining through! :D

Yes, chances are they are the whitespots. Since you live in LA, go to any of the Apple Stores (there are a ton here) and have the genius bar look at them and then have them exchange/fix it.

i also have 2 small..maybe 3/4" diameter white spots on my REv. A 17"..I'll have to have them check it out at the apple store..

Yup, i talked about this a while ago on the forums...i had the same problem but now they've gone...slowly returned back to normal...strange eh?

How much brighter are they? And whereabouts do they appear on the screen? I have some variation in brightness around the edges of my display (especially the bottom), but I don't know if it's what Apple considers "within spec" for the 12" PB.
