I just got a Kensington Optical Wireless mouse for my TiBook. I really it thus far, but for one apparent problem, my Powerbook won't sleep.

Any time I sleep the book, it wakes back up again within seconds. If I take the RF dongle out of the USB port, it sleeps fine. I presume that when the Powerbook sleeps, the mouse tries to communicate with the dongle and wakes the book back up.

Is there any way to disable the USB ports from waking up the book from sleep?

Thx

yup

Yup, I'm running 10.2.8. My TiBook doesn't have bluetooth built in, so I'd have to use a plug into the USB port anyway. I'd bet that it would work exactly the same.

Perhaps not.
