looking for anyone that has used Powerbookmedic for repairs. I have a 13 inch macbook pro early 2011 with water damage. Everything works except audio and Hard drive connector. I have mounted HD in CDROM area and using USB powered speakers to have a functioning laptop.

Wanted to either buy replacement logic board or have it repaired. Powerbookmedic now offering flat rate $250 to repair logic board which is about 1/2 replacement cost. 1 year warranty i think.

1. Has anyone had repairs from Powerbookmedic and what was the result?
2. Would you replace the board or go with repair of board?
