Does your screen stay blank for a it 10 seconds before the apple logo appears then after that goes to login?

Do you have the issue where read speeds drop and jump during black magic speed test while in the same test?
My speeds are erratic by big numbers. Will go up to 550 read and then drop to 300 and up and down in the exact same test. This is only for write speeds.
The numbers that have any meaning are the ones on the right side. The numbers in the speed meters are fairly pointless, especially since the "speed" depends on when people take a screenshot.
