Powermac G4 and Caller Display

I currently have a Amstrad eMailer and want to throw it out.

I also have a Powermac G4. Is there a way of connecting the BT landline to it and when someone calls the name and number come up on the LCD screen connected to the computer.

I have cordless BT phones around the house but can't be arsed to enter the address book into each one so want a more centralised system.

Anyone know if this is possible?
