a PM circa-2000 is probably around 400 or 500 mhz. In its stock configuration, it's really not worth much at this point... no more than $100 to any discerning buyer, IMO. If it has upgraded RAM/HD/video then maybe $200+, but regardless of the upgrades I can't see anyone paying much more than that. It's pretty easy to find used G4 mac minis for around $300 or less, and those are vastly more advanced than a tower that old.
