PowerMac G4 Mystery Problem

I have come in possession of another PowerMac G4 specs are [Dual 500 G4, 256MB RAM, 30GB HDD, Nvidia Geforce2 MX, OS X Tiger] it seems to have an odd problem though, i can't really explain what's happening so i shot a video of it:

i've tried re-installing Tiger but it just doesn't work.

Might be interference, but more likely your graphics card is dying.

i really hope it isn't dying since i just bought it off eBay

EDIT: i've also installed Panther and there is no problems there

Ah right. I would go to the Nvida website and look to see if they have any updated drivers if you haven't already.

I found a driver update but i don't have a copy of OS 9 to install

THANK YOU!!!! I found a ROM update for the ACD's and it fixed it
