Powermac G4 Ram question

Hi guys,I have a doubt,searching for PC133 ram for my powermac G4 I know I must search for "low density ram" but how can I see it?double sided ram?
For example I have the opportunity of buying 512Mb PC133 for 10eur with shipping.
User took some pics,and said it worked fine with pentium 3 600MHz,can I go for it?

Another question,in my powermac my actual config is something like:
512Mb - double sided
256mb - double sided
256mb - single sided
64mb- single sided

would it be wise to change everything to single sided?
sometimes I get beach balls that last for five minutes only opening a tab :S
I ran AHT and no errors found.

Buy this stick, it will work.
It doesn't matter if it's double or single sided RAM. As long as it works mixed together.
Beachballs may come from slow HDD. In eMac, I had (for a while) 2x 400x CF UDMA with ide adapter SW RAIDed and it was much, much slower than 7200 WD Black.

It is very very strange,couldn't because of "sw raided"?
How much MB/s do the 7200rpm Wd black does in a emac?
I still don't have the cf operational,I am testing it with a 160gb laptop hdd with ide adapter.

All the G4 towers other than the PCI graphics Yikes model are not overly picky about RAM. As long as it meets the basic specs needed you should be good.

The B&W G3 and Yikes G4 (same logic boards) though are among the most picky Macs ever. They need a very specific timing where as later G4 towers can work with most all timing and will run all sticks at the speed of the slowest one.

and the CF 400x do worst?The 400x CF was supposed to do 90MB/s right?
I tested Mine my CF in a friend's powermac g4 733MHz,and gave me:
Write: 34.5MB/s
Read: 29.8 MB/s
Using a "2.0Gb file" in that bench.
the Hitachi 160Gb 8mb cache 7200rpm IDE 3.5' that he was using gave about 55MB/s for read/write.
