PowerMac G4 shutdown issues Help!!

Hi, I have a PowerMac G4 that isn't saving the settings when I shut the computer down. I think it might be the battery on the mobo, but I'm not totally sure. does anyone know of any other reason why it would do that or confirm my suspicions?

It's the battery on the motherboard.

Any decent local electronics shop, Radio Shack, and OWC carries them.
