Hi all,
My G4 Mirror Door PowerMac wont read DVD's. CD's are fine but for some reason it just quietly spins and shows nothing. Once in it also doesn't respond by using the eject button on the keyboard.
I read around a lot and people suggested that it could be a hardware issue so i bought a new DVD drive but it just acts the same.
I also did a PRAM clear and ran disk utility 'repair disk permissions' but nothing has seemed to help.
Any thoughts or solutions would be great.
Many Thanks Jonny
