Hi,

I have posted a question on the Apple site, I would like to get some input from the people here as well.

I wont bother typing out the whole thing, much simpler to let you go have a quick read at the questions and solutions I have tried.

So any suggestions and help would be great.

Thanks

Disconnect all third party devices except for keyboard and mouse...

Reboot.

If it still does it... I'd recommend a fresh install (do the archive and install so you can get to your old data, unless you have another way to back it up).

I have only just done that, as per the other posts.

I only have a keyboard and mouse (Apple Keyboard and Logitech Mouse).

I am fairly sure I wont be able to fix the long boot time as it seems to be something to do with the 10.5.2 update.

But the load fans are very annoying and uncalled for.
