PowerMac G5 error code

Hi all
i got a problem with my PowerMac G5 was bought in early 2005, it keeping sleep automatically for a few seconds, i have disconnect all the peripherals, except keyboard and mouse. Also, set the sleep to never, reset SMV and PRAM. but still dosent work.
Then i did the hardware test, i got the error code: "2SVM/1/3:CPU BAD7417AD3". dose anyone know what it is. and how can i solve the problem? please help!!!
