Powermac G5 HD problem

I have been given a Powermac G5, the power supply was damaged.

It had no HD or Graphics card in it.

I have replaced the power supply, powers up fine.

I have installed an ATI Radeon 9800 and a new HD, but nothing comes on screen.

Can someone help me?
Where have I gone wrong?
