Hello,

I recently purchased a macbook pro and an imac. I still have a powermac G5 that I still want to utilize. I purchased a Zoom USB wireless-N adapter in order to pick up the wireless signal in my home.

I'm running mac os x 10.3.9 (leopard) on the powermac g5. I followed the directions given in the box. The problem I'm running into is that the software (Ralink USBWirelessUtility <--- yes all in one word) won't launch when I click on it even after several attempts at installing it. Has anyone encountered this problem before, and if so how did you fix it?

Ugh. Yes I encountered the exact same problem myself once. I was not able to fix it. The whole process is an exercise in extreme frustration. Truthfully I would just give up and buy an Airport Extreme card for your G5.
