I bought a PM G5 early 2005 with dual 2 GHz‘s. I installed Mac OS X Tiger an some other programs and Games. After some Gaming on it i shutdown the Computer. Next morning i want to start the Mac up but no led came on no chime. Only the Fans are spinning. I replaced the battery, reseat the gpu and Both of the CPU. No life only the fans are still spinning. Is there any hope for this machine

Watch for a red light on the front of the Mac, note it's pattern. That will tell you what to do next, it could simply be bad memory or in need of thermal calibration, etc.

The colored lights are only on the Late 2005 A1117 units.

For earlier machines, only the white power light on the front will give you any status indication.

Since there is no light, I'd try reseating any seatable components (CPUs, RAM), and if that fails checking if the power supply is still good.

The red led is on when the Hard Cover is off. I read that this only came on when the Cover is of bacause of the airflow. I have a dmg file of the asd. But the Computer is Not working so can‘t use that

The Original psu failed so i switched it. After that i was able to work on. After the shutdown the Computer won‘t turn on. I plugged in a usb device and it gets power.
