*Sigh*
Ok, its really not that shocking..
I was at the Grand Opening on the London Store, way back in November, trying to get a lucky bag. I arrived at midnight. I was about 250th in the queue, nicely placed to get one of the 300 Lucky Bags. By the time it got to 10am, the first 300 people were let in, and I was about 100 away.. Ridiculous. Queue jumpers, and poor management of the line ****ed the whole thing up, and I was pretty pissed, after a freezing night, it is fair to say..

When I finally got in, at 11am, having been queuing for 11 hours, I went to the counters at the front of the store, and the guy 3 in front of me bought the last lucky bag. Grr. That makes you MAD.
Anyhoo, I was moping around the store, checking out some stuff, feeling sorry for myself. The assistant manager, all happy and geared up for the opening (Vertigo was playing, and it was a paarty scene), asked me what was up. I told her I was the youngest there (13 at the time), queued for 11 hours, and didn't get a lucky bag.
She went off, and said she'd see what she could do. Came back with a new, sealed iPod mini silver.

That cheered me up, and it was all very cool.
I presume Hector heard about this story either on the forums in the Grand Opening thread, where I have posted it before, or he read the article in MacFormat (UK Mac magazine). They had a picture of me with the iPod and all..
There we go. All done.
