Okay, i know there is going to be a ton of questions regarding this and previous threads have yet to resolve the issue. But to anyone that has installed 10.8 on a pre-Retina MBP (I have an early 2011 MBP specifically) with a SSD in the main bay (aftermarket or otherwise), have you been able to enable Powernap AND has it worked? I've seen that some people may be able to enable it, but that it does not actually work.

Also, if not, anyone know of a possible workaround via Terminal or whathaveyou.

Me too!

I really hope there will be an option to use power nap for other macs with ssd's. I am using a mid 2010 MBP 13" with an intel 330 series 120 GB SSD in the superdrive slot using an optibay. Running :apple:OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, of course
