Trying to compress a 26.5MB PowerPoint file to something smaller.
I've tried compressing via Save As, but the file size isn't reduced. I guess PowerPoint doesn't see JPEGs as compress-able?
I then tried to change the resolution of the JPEGs in PowerPoint but that goes kinda wonky: I couldn't get it to do a decent job, it kept enlarging, cropping, ultimately ruining the image.
I can open these up in GIMP or such like, but I'm trying to find a simpler way so I can show someone who won't appreciate the extra step.
Any ideas?
