PowerPoint 2008 Open Book Page Turn Effect?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to make a turning page effect within PowerPoint? Exactly the same way you would turn a page in a book.

I'd like it to be similar to this.

Is there some type of template I could download or perhaps do it all manually?

I've already tried acheveing this effect by doing this:

But I am not happy with the results.

Does anyone have a clear step by step tutorial?
