PowerPoint animation help

This is hard to explain but I'll try. I'm using PowerPoint on Windows BTW.

I have one slide in my PowerPoint. I have an image with a text box that when clicked goes from left to right of the screen and stays there. How can I get it so that when I click on the picture again it goes back to the original position along with the text box??????
