Hi everyone,

Our company works with powerpoint for presentations, as we have both windows and apple machines deployed. I would like to replace my MacBook Pro 2015 with an iPad Pro. Since I occasionally still have to edit ppt and pptx files I have downloaded office 365 and can open my presentation files on the iPad.

However there seems to be a formatting issue. Overall slide space gets small, text -while still the same font - appears bigger, and text boxes loses alignment. It appears the the size of the slide has been changed so everything ends up looking rather messy.

Anyone had any similar experiences?

Thanks!!

iOS support for Office products has always felt a couple generations behind. If Microsoft ever dedicated themselves to replicating the Office experience between Windows and Apple, I would go 100% iPad only and sell my Macbook Pro. However, because so many functions are missing that I need, I will always carry an iOS and MacOS device just in case. Sad...

I'm wondering if others have successfully migrated into iOS devices with substantial Office use...
