Powerpoint to HTML (or PDF)

OK, I know this is *terrible* and a project like this really should have been developed in something other than MS WonderGraphics err... I mean "PowerPoint" but the damage was already done when I came on board this project.

Does anyone know of a good way to convert a powerpoint file, with embedded hyperlinks, to a PDF or HTML? HTML would be preferable but PDF would work--the "Save as" option seems to strip the hyperlinks and I can't find an option to change that.

MS support is basically useless and Google hasn't helped much...

Yes, but as I mention in original post, that strips the hyperlinks which defeats half the purpose of collaborating in this project.
