I know it's been asked...
Just ran the Thermal Calibration (after hours spent trying 3 different LCS units and changing 3 logic boards- got the right combo) and CPU1 gave me the taf error. Well the processor and die temperatures are not real hot(108-153F). Only gets to 150's with multi windows and apps running. The only thing that concerns me is the memory controller showing 155-165F, My guess is I redid the thermal paste several times over on each LCS and maybe it needs to break in. As far as the Mem Ctrl HS it just may be the stupid plastic hold downs not doing their job
