first of all,sorry for my pooooor english..

when i connect to a pptp vpn (build on a windows 2003 server,not a router or switch)and browsing the web or watching some videos even idle for a moment,the network will freeze but not disconnected from my server.I don't know the exactly reason or how this triggered..this **** happens...

this problem happens on my MacBook Air mc234(both connect through airport or usb eth)

(i can connect fine on my xp box without any problem.)

i have already set "all traffic go through vpn",and change eth 's MTU to 1492.

ifconfig output:

en2: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,SMART,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1492
ether d8:30:62:a4:e6:bf
inet6 fe80::da30:62ff:fea4:e6bf%en2 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x8
inet 192.168.0.48 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.0.255
media: 100baseTX <full-duplex,flow-control>
status: active
ppp0: flags=8051<UP,POINTOPOINT,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1396
inet 10.0.0.5 --> 10.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000

how to set ppp0's mtu to 1492? i hope this would be the point..
