Im thinking of getting a curved ultrawide for productivity at work but also want it to be worth it for casual gaming if I am to get one.
I remember reading somewhere that its possible to attach an external graphics card to a macbook just for gaming. Is this option practical/viable? I don't really play graphic intensive games but I do want to play at 144hz. Is 144hz even possible on my 2017 13" macbook pro if I get a ultrawide curved monitor, 21:9?
My goal is to have a smooth, easy transition from work to game at the end of a long work day, slay some monsters with maximized visual performance
Budget about $1,000 but obviously would prefer to pay less if its not a totally mind blowing difference. Games are never super graphic intensive (blizzard games), but I do really want the 144hz.
