From what I know this is 100% false. Sega never brough over Kenzan and they staffed a pretty good staff of voice talent from popular Japanese actors. Yakuza 3 did the same thing voice acting wise, and Sega had never planned on having any English releases.
I think this is a pretty far fetched rumor, but keep the hope alive. I mean, what do I know anyways?
I loved Kenzan(PS3) and Yakuza on the PS2 but I'm not feeling Yakuza 3. It might be that the demo was kinda bland but I'll try to keep an open mind about it.
I doubt Sega will bring it to this side of the earth but if they do....grand.

quiet you! Don't jinx this! It could be someone other than Sega translating/publishing it? I doubt they will dub it (a la Yakuza 2)
