I like the "Flagrant System Error".

This must be an office at either Dunder Mifflin (from "The Office") or a place where state employees work.
You or I couldn't get away with this, because it'd be considered vandalism, but I remember reading a story about a prank pulled on one of the cast of M*A*S*H. Over the weekend the rest of the cast had his dressing room painted day-glo orange. Guy came in on Monday, turned on the fluorescent lights, and suffered from retina burn for the rest of the day.
I like the foil prank better than the cardboard, because nothing is missing. Its just...gifted wrapped.
