Hi all,

I didn't see any posts about this, but I was wondering for those of us that purchased our iPhones from AT&T or Sprint - how do we get AppleCare+? Do we have to go up to an Apple Store or will they do what they did for the 4S and allow us to just buy it over the phone?

I didn't include Verizon but I believe you could order it at the same time as the phone with them...but Sprint/AT&T didn't seem to have that option.

Thanks.

Yes, you have to bring it to the Apple store. Must make an appointment

I went into the Verizon store and asked the same thing. They wanted me to pre-order from them, told me I could by two reps, that I could obtain AppleCare + by phone but I wanted verification. They called Apple from the Store and was told, it was a no go and had to bring the iPhone into the Apple store
