Pre-Order @Full Price on AT&T Premier?

Is it possible? My girlfriend wants to do it, but as of right now iPhone can only be purchased at a subsidy price. She wants to pre-order the 32GB iPhone 5 which will be $749. She qualifies for a discount, but not a full upgrade. How would she go about getting it for only $749 via AT&T Premier?

Yeah you wont get any special discount thru the Premier program on an iphone. About a month ago the only special discount was the waived activation fee. That has since been place back into play. Perfect timing for ATT to rack up some money.

$749 is not the subsidy price. That's the full price.
